Bening Rara, is a Brand and Digital Strategist who partners with brand and entrepreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands in Malaysia & Indonesia, human-to-human. Her work has landed recognition in print & broadcast outlets around Asia, including Press Reader, Blog Google: ‘Google Launchpad Winner’, Her World Magazine ‘Indonesia Young Achiever’ & Ideafest. Jia Wen CHUAH
Head of Industry, Google
Jia Wen's life revolves around technology and media, where she currently leads the FMCG sector in Google Malaysia, working with top global FMCG brands in Malaysia. Her forte is to help brands craft their overall digital strategy to ensure that these brands reach and connect with their audiences online. Jia Wen holds a Degree in Economics and Finance from Purdue University and has worked in various companies such as Walt Disney, KSC Capital, and Genting Berhad.
Account Manager, Google
Melissa is an account lead with the FMCG sector in Google Malaysia working with some of the largest global brands here. With 4 years experience in digital marketing, she helps brands to amplify their ideas online as well as crafts creative strategies for brands. Melissa holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Digital Creative Director, McCann
Shun started out in media planning before moving over to the creative side. He was intrigued by solving client problems with creative ideas. He has worked on Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Mondelēz, Fuji Xerox and IBM. Shun is also the founder of McCann Millennials, a team of 60 like-minded innovators in Tokyo.
He relocated to Kuala Lumpur as digital CD and head of McCann Next, the innovations initiative for Malaysian millennials. Leveraging his experience in this field, Shun has led several projects like inventing the world's first AI creative director and “brain-wave meditation” AI robot, to help push the boundaries of human creativity.
He has been a regular speaker at a number of conferences such as Advertising Week Asia, RISE Hong Kong, ADC Congress Hamburg, ISBA London, LEAD Singapore, AD STARS Busan and more.
Shun’s work has been recognised and rewarded at several shows like Spikes Asia, New York Festivals and the Internationalist Awards.
